Corrections to documentation for FS5
_____________________

LA sector:
The Riverside VOR, 112.4, LA sector, exists, but has no DME readout.
This is probably real-life: it's a terminal VOR.
El Nido CA is at 114.2 not 114.6
There is an NDB at El Monte, LA sector.

Seattle sector:
Paine VOR should be 110.6.

Chicago sector:
ATIS at Chicago-O'Hare is 135.40.
ILS frequency for O'Hare 32R is 117.5, not 117.0. But the ILS approaches
for RWY 14L and RWY 32L seem to be inoperative.

SFO sector:
The following ILS approaches for SFO exist:
RY 1R, 108.9
RY 10L, 111.7
RY 10R, 109.55

New York default:
Pawling NY is at 114.3 not 112.2
There is no Bridgewater VOR; the 114.5 VOR has now been reassigned to
  Martha's Vineyard (so README.DOC).
The Deer Park VOR is at 117.7; so also README.DOC.

Paris default:
Pantoise France is at 111.6 not 111.0

General: There are a great many VORs and probably NDBs which fall within
the area of the default scenery and the charts which are not, however,
on the charts, probably because the scenery has no nearby airports -- for
example, the Hyannis and Nantucket VORs are on the scenery but not the
charts. For a full list of VORs and NDBs in FS5 scenery, with location and
frequency, see Dan Samuel's FS5VOR.ZIP in library 2/FS/General Aviation.
Of course a vast majority of these are outside of default scenery, i. e.,
New York, Chicago, SFO areas etc.
