KNOWN PROBLEMS
------------------------------

- Choosing 'Forward Message' with more than 25 messages selected
  causes a severe error (GPF).
- Exiting Eudora while message windows are being created during mass
replies, redirects, or forwards, causes Eudora to exit improperly.
Microsoft Windows must be restarted in order to run Eudora again.
- Resizing priority/status column screws up view.
- The Find utility does not scan the mailboxes properly if a message
window is open. All message windows must be closed for the Find
function to cycle through all mailboxes correctly.
- When printing, a blank page is added to the print out.
- Eudora has not been fully tested under Beta Windows95.

BUG REPORTS
-----------

If you experience something you think might be a bug in Eudora,
please report it by sending a message to eudora-bugs@qualcomm.com.
Describe what you did, what happened, what version of Eudora you
have, any error messages Eudora gave (the numbers in ()'s are
especially important), what kind of computer you have, which
operating system you're using, and anything else you think might be
relevant.

You will receive an automated response indicating that your bug
report has been received and forwarded to our enigineering staff.
Unless additional information is needed, you will not receive a
direct response. If you need immediate help and you are eligible for
technical support, contact us as outlined above.

There's an application called Dr. Watson in your Windows directory
(DRWATSON.EXE) that will write some important debugging information
to a log file (DRWATSON.LOG, also in the Windows directory) and also
prompt you to jot down a few words about what you were doing whenever
a crash occurs. This information is extremely helpful for tracking
down PC problems. It is recommended that you run Dr. Watson whenever
you're running Windows. That way, if you should have a GPF when using
Eudora, you can include the Dr. Watson log file with your bug report
(Win32 users, be sure to send a Win16 Dr. Watson log, not a Win32
one).

The entries are appended to the end of the log file, so it can grow
very large. Periodically delete the file to keep its size to a
minimum. When you include a log file as part of a bug report, PLEASE,
PLEASE, PLEASE, edit the log file so that only the pertinent part(s)
are included.

they'd like their software to do differently. This is true of all
applications, no less Eudora. If you come across an idea that you
think might make a nice enhancement to Eudora, your input is always
welcome. Please send any suggestions or requests for new features to
eudora-suggest@qualcomm.com.

You will receive an automated response indicating that your
suggestion has been received and forwarded to our engineering staff.
Unless additional information is needed, you will not receive a
direct response.
