Section 1 - Other README files
===============================

The InternetSuite is composed of a number of different applications.
Each application has its own README.TXT file in its respective
subdirectory. The README files are very important because they contain
last minute information about the products.

README.TXT files can be found in the following subdirectories
(assuming the software has been installed in the
default directories).

Quarterdeck Mosaic          c:\inet\qmosaic\readme.txt
Quarterdeck Message Center  c:\inet\qmc\readme.txt
QWinsock and Location Mgr.  c:\inet\qwinsock\readme.txt
QFTP			    c:\inet\qftp\readme.txt
QTERM		            c:\inet\qterm\readme.txt

Section 2 - Requirements for using Quarterdeck InternetSuite
=============================================================

1. An Internet service provider or LAN connection to the
    Internet.
2. 20 Megabytes of available disk space.
3.  4MB of RAM (8MB recommended).
4. For dial-up access to the Internet, a 9600bps modem

Section 3 - Using Connection Helper
===================================

The Connection Helper is launched during installation and can be run
manually at anytime via Location Manager. The Connection Helper is used
to go through a step-by-step process of creating a Location and Provider
in Location Manager. When run during install, the Connection Helper
creates a Default Location. Therefore, Location Manager will have one
Location. If Connection Helper is run at a later time via Location
Manager, it will modify whatever the currently selected Location is.
For example, if you one two locations, Home and Office, and Office is
the currently location, when the Connection Helper is run, all the options
for the Office location will change.

Therefore, if you want to create a NEW location, you should select
Add Location from Location Manager, rather than run the Connection
Helper.
