INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Copy the enclosed files to your VISIO directory.
2. From File Manager, Program Manager or DOS run UPDATE.BAT
3. After successful completion of the update, delete the following
   files from your Visio directory:
   UPDATE.BAT, UPDATE.PIF, PATCH.EXE, 30to30a.RTP and 30to30a.TXT

On some specific hardware configurations, we have had a small number
of reports of Visio not working when using the Universal connector.
While the problem is limited to specific computers, we have found
a way to programmatically address this. This update changes
to your VISIO.EXE, and VISIOLIB.DLL and VISIOLN3.DLL files.
