WINTest Installation:
======================
Before running the Installation program that comes with WINTest, you
must first remove or temporarily disable any Anti-Virus software that
you may have installed.


Resource Optimization:
======================
The Resource Optimizer is supplied as a separate executable.  To use the
resource optimizer, run OPTMOD.EXE.  This program is set up to be
automatically run by the Installation program and is necessary to perform
the optimizations.  To perform an optimization, select "Optmize Resources"
from the Tune-up menu, or press the LED button underneath the Free
Resources gauge in the Status Panel.

You must use the OPTMOD.EXE that is included with version 3.1 as there
have been some changes to this module.  If the correct version is not
loaded, then a Message Box will appear informing you of this.


Installation Wizard:
====================
If you experience an error running Hardware/Installation Wizard check
the [386Enh] section of SYSTEM.INI and remove or disable any of the
following lines if they exist:

  COM3Irq =
  COM3Base =
  COM4Irq =
  COM4Base =


VGA Information/VGA Diagnostic:
===============================
Due to some problems found in some of the extremely high resolution and
high color depth video drivers, some users may experience problems with
this report.  If possible, you can change to a standard video driver
supplied with Windows 3.1, or reduce the resolution and/or number of
colors being used.

We are working with the video driver manufacturers to resolve this
problem, but in the mean time we ask users that may be experiencing this
problem to contact us immediately with your system configuration to assist
us in finding a solution.
