                        SoundBlaster Pro Emulation
                        ==========================
The Audiotrix Pro can now emulate a SoundBlaster Pro in Windows with the
help of the new Crystal drivers. To effectively use this emulation, you
must follow these instructions.

Step 1: Go into SETUPPRO and make the following changes:

        WAVE Interrupt - IRQ7

                This will set the SBPro interrupt to IRQ7.

        WAVE Playback DMA - DMA1

                This will set the SBPro DMA channel to DMA1 in Windows.

        SoundBlaster Interrupt - None
        SoundBlaster DMA       - None

                These two settings will disable the SB emulation
                of the Audiotrix Pro.

Step 2: Add the following to the end of to the [386Enh] section of your
        SYSTEM.INI file. Use a text editor to make this change.

        DMABufferSize=41

Step 3: Make sure the [sndsys.drv] section of your SYSTEM.INI file has the
        following entries and values. Use a text editor to make any
        necessary changes. Don't forget to record any changes made so
        that you can return the values to their original settings.

        [sndsys.drv]
        OldMSDosGameCompatibility=1
        OldMSDosGameIOAddress=220
        WatchMSDosExec=1
        BlasterSupport=SWEmulation
        Midi Play=1
        EnableAutoAcquireOPL3=1
        DMADAC=1
        Interrupt=7

Step 4: Run Windows.

Please note the SoundBlaster Pro emulation will work in all duplex modes.
