CD-ROM Extras for Windows 95

These disks are for users that received Windows 95 on 
floppy disks.  These disks contain additional optional components
and utilities that are not included in the standard floppy disks.

All files and contents of these disks are subject to the
End User License Agreement that covers Windows 95, and all contents
of the disk are Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation, 1985-1995.

There are two classes of components on these disks:  standard
optional components that are available during a normal Setup from the 
Windows 95 CD-ROM, and additional utilities can be manually 
installed from the Windows 95 CD-ROM.

Installation Instructions
-------------------------
To install these optional components:

1. You must already have Windows 95 installed on 
   your machine. 

2. Insert the "CD-ROM Extras for Windows 95 Disk 1" in your disk drive.

3. Go to the "Add-Remove Programs" Control Panel, and select the
   "Windows Setup" Tab.

4. Click the "Have Disk..." button.

5. Enter the drive where the "CD-ROM Extras for Windows 95 Disk 1" is
   (i.e. A:) and click OK.

6. A list of the supplemental components will be displayed.  Select
   the ones that you want to install, and click the "Install"
   button.

NOTES:  These supplemental optional components can be uninstalled by 
        running the Add-Remove Programs Control Panel, and on the 
        Install/Uninstall tab, selecting the component you want to
        remove, and clicking the "Add/Remove" button.

Installation Instructions
-------------------------
1. You must already have Windows 95 installed on 
   your machine. 

2. From the list above, determine which CD-ROM Extras disk contains 
   the utility you want to install, and insert that disk in your floppy 
   drive.

3. Double-click on "My Computer" on the Windows desktop, and then open 
   the floppy drive that contains the CD-ROM Extras disk.  
  
4. Find the folder containing the utility, and open the text file in 
   that folder with the name of the utility, or the README file 
   (note: not all utilities have installation instructions).

5. Follow the directions in the text file on how to install the utility.
