  This is a history of policy changes to Policies Now!. It informs 
  you of the issues involved in keeping the policies current and 
  comprehensive. 

  The goal of the Policies Now! UpdateService is to make it easy 
  for you to maintain a complete and up-to-date employee handbook. 
  KnowledgePoint's Research and Development staff revises the 
  personnel policies in Policies Now! for new federal legislation, 
  court decisions that affect labor practices, and improved ways to 
  manage people and organizations.

  Subscribers to the UpdateService receive software updates 
  and informative newsletters. The software updates contain all policy 
  and program changes. The newsletters describe these changes and also 
  contain articles on current human resources issues that directly 
  affect employers.
