MCS SoundTrak Installation/Operation Notes
============================================================

On page 21 of the MCS SoundTrak User's Guide, under "The WAV File Graph
Display Area", the documentation incorrectly states that only the first ten
seconds of the file are initially displayed. The document should read as
follows:

"When the file is initially displayed, the graph display area will display
up to the amount of time specified in the "InitialDisplayTime" entry in the
"[SoundTrak]" section of the "MCS.INI" file, located in your Windows
subdirectory. If the entry isn't found, the default initial display time of
ten seconds is used. You may also specify an initial display time of 0,
resulting in the entire file being initially displayed, regardless of its
length. If the file is longer than the specified initial display time,
the scroll bar immediately below the graph display area is activated."

On page 70 of the MCS SoundTrak User's Guide, under "Appendix A: Common Error
Messages", the documentation is misleading in its explanation of "The
______ operation has been aborted due to low disk space.". The path
specified in the "Recording Settings" dialog box is also used as the location
of temporary files created by MCS SoundTrak when opening an existing file.
Thus, you may also receive this error if you try to open a WAV file that is
too large to copy to the specified *.tmp file path.

- When playing back 16-bit 44k WAV files, skipping can occur if these files
are being retrieved from a compressed drive or a network drive. If this
occurs, move the files to a local, uncompressed drive.
