Cerro Tololo Sights Aftermath of First Comet Fragment

Infrared image shows bright spot, aftermath of the impact of the first fragment
of Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 on the planet Jupiter.  The image was made using an
infrared camera built by Ohio State University and the 4-meter telescope at the
Cerro Tololo Interamerican Observatory (CTIO) at La Serena, Chile.
