RandWin V1.2 by Arkon in 1994

This collection of short programs enable you to have a wide variety
of wave files as Windows Start and Windows Exit sounds. To use this you
must rename the win.com file into windows.com, then unpack the RandWin
archive into your WINDOWS drawer. WSTART.DAT and WEND.DAT should be edited
to point to where the random waves are located (it is simplest to create a
directory and put your wave files into it). The entries before the 'end'
message in each file are the waves (with full path) and the entry
immediately following is the full pathname where the WEND.WAV and
WSTART.WAV are to be located.
Having done all this, Run Windows, select Control Panel, then Sound,
and edit the Windows Start and Windows Exit to point to WSTART.WAV and
WEND.WAV, respectively.

This should do the trick, you will now hear a different wave sound
each time you enter and exit windows (providing you DO enter more than one
wave file into WEND.DAT and WSTART.DAT).

If you don't want either random Start or Exit waves, simply delete
either the WSTART.DAT or the WEND.DAT files, the program looks for these
files and skips if it doesn't find them.
Some DOS versions don't support the /Q option, simply delete the
'quiet' line from the WEND.DAT and WSTART.DAT files.
