SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
===================
The Borland Visual Solutions Pack has the following system requirements:

	4 MG of extended memory
	Approximately 8.5 MB of hard disk space is required.
	Windows 3.1
	Borland C++ 4.0, Microsoft Visual Basic, or Microsoft Visual C++ 


WINDOWS HOSTED INSTALLATION
===========================
Installing from floppy disks.

1. Place the Borland Visual Solutions Pack Install disk in drive
   A (or B).

2. Open the Windows Program Manager and choose File|Run. In the Run
   dialog box, type "A:\install" (or "B:\install") and press <ENTER>.

   The Borland Visual Solutions Pack Installation dialog box
   appears. The first line of the BVSP installation dialog box
   contains the installation path of the BVSP Directory
   (i.e. C:\BVSP). This is where the the product is installed.
   The second line contains the location of the Windows directory
   (i.e. C:\Windows). This field cannot be changed.

3. To install the complete Borland Visual Solutions Pack product
   (the default installation), click the Install button.

   If you don't want to install the full product, click the
   Customize Installation button to open the Customize
   Installation dialog box. Inside this dialog box, you'll 
   find a list of VBX controls that you can install. Select
   the individual VBX controls you want to install (the file
   size of each VBX control is listed next to each control).
   After making your selections, click OK to return to the
   Install dialog box. Click the install button to proceed with
   the installation.

   If you need help, click the Help button reference the Help window.


RUNTIME ERROR
=============
The following run-time error messages can be generated:

	"Control is run-time version"
	"Cannot load VBX Control"
	"File is not a DLL"

If you receive a run-time error, check the location of the .VBX and
.LIC files. They need to be located in the Windows\System subdirectory
in order to run properly.

* If you have installation problems, refer to Technical
  Information Document number 1561 (Clean Booting). This document
