Part 1: Importing customer file

Part 2: Using a modem to dial

===============< Part 1: Importing customer file >========================

In this release it is possible to import contacts even when using the 'use
keys' option. Be aware that contacts will not be updated, they will be
added, which may cause duplicates.

When importing you will now get a warning, reminding you to make a
backup of the SUPEROFF.DAT-file before processing.

================< Part 2: Using a modem to dial >=========================

In this release SuperOffice gives you the choice to select the number to
dial from a list of numbers. SuperOffice will dial the number you selected
from the list.

It is not longer necessary to specify dial preferences in the preference
dialog in maintenance. You should rather use the options button in the dial
dialog.

Explanation of the preferences in the dial dialog:
  - Local area code. Enter your local area code, this string will be
    removed from the number if the start of the number matches this
    string.
  - Long distance prefix. Enter the long distance prefix, this string will
    be inserted in the front of the number if the start of the number does
    not match the area code.
  - International prefix. Enter the international prefix, this string
    instructs SuperOffice to leave the number untouched if the start of
    the number match this string.
  - Prefix. Enter the modem prefix command. This will typically be ATDT,
    if you must type 0 and wait for the tone on your phone when dialling
    manually, the string will typically be ATDT0W. You can use this string
    to perform any initialization.
  - Postfix. Enter the modem postfix command. Use this string to send a
    command to the modem after it has dialled the number for you. This
    string will normally be empty.
  - Communication port. Select COM1 through COM4.
