COGNote: excerpted from: Future Culture FAQ

this was taken from the first FUTRCLTR.doc, there is now a third which has
more information on the Internet, but this one just seemed to work. [rw]

                         E-Magazines/Digests/Articles:
[Note: Undoubtedly, the most complete archive of files related to cyberspace
and the computer underground is ftp.eff.org (192.88.144.4). However,
please do not abuse the privilege of ftp, especially at the eff site. If you
must download something, please now exactly what you want (ie: particular
issues - Indexes are available). To prevent overloading the eff site,
please take advantages of services like archie to find where else you might
find a particular file (ie: 'archie phrack'). Through my experience,
however, I have found that the eff site is the only site left that contains
complete archives of certain e-magazines]
