CD Player LED Display problems have been corrected for SB 16.

SB 16 Mixer driver has been modified to poll mixer hardware once per second.
The current version does NOT, however, update the PC Speaker volume level.
The 10/06/92 version will correct this. The SB Pro driver will be updated
tomorrow to poll the hardware as well.

The MIC volume control no longer causes the hardware interrupts disabled.
The actual cause of the interrupt being disabled is a problem in adressing the
Automatic Gain Control. Since the current product doesn't offer a way to set
the AGC, the cooresponding code was removed and the MIC volume problem went
away.
