--- VSHARE.386

Setup now installs VSHARE.386, a virtual driver for file locking. If you
are currently using SHARE.EXE, you may remove it. You will need to keep
using SHARE only if you have a DOS program which requires it. The version
of VSHARE.386 that is supplied has been approved for use with Windows 3.1,
Windows 3.11, Windows for Workgroups 3.1 and Windows for Workgroups 3.11.
Windows 95 supplies its own virtual device for file locking.

If you have selected the Alternate install, you may need to copy VSHARE.386
to your \WINDOWS or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

--- VERSION CONTROL

Training Manager performs several checks on the required system components.
If you want to bypass these checks, change the "Command Line" entry of
the Training Manager program icon (in the Program Manager) to the following:

  TRAINMGR.EXE /NOCHECK

The error "Unable to access file" is a result of Training Manager version
control. This error occurs when the Training Manager program file has
been renamed or when the working directory is different from the
application directory. You can use the /NOCHECK parameter to eliminate
this problem.

--- ALTERNATE INSTALL

When using the Alternate Install, CTL3DV2.DLL is copied into the
destination directory. This file must be moved (NOT COPIED) from the
destination directory to either the \WINDOWS or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM
directory. While other DLLs work in the application directory,
CTL3DV2.DLL expects to be located in one of the system directories,
and will refuse to load if it finds itself in a different location.

If you do not already have VSHARE.386 (described above) in your \WINDOWS or
\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory, you must copy it from the destination directory.

--- THE REGISTRATION SCREEN

In order for us to be able to notify you of important updates
to the software, is important that you register with us.

When you first enter the program, a registration screen will
appear. This screen allows you to print a registration form
which you can fax or mail to us. Once we have received your
registration, we will fax you an acknowledgement code which
you can enter into the space provided. Once you have entered
the acknowledgement code, the screen will no longer appear.

If you do not have the time to print the form, you can simply
click the "OK" button to continue into the program.
