The menu:
  Use the cursor keys and <ENTER> to select an item. On-line help can be
  found beneath the menu.
- "Select graphics" enables you to change the in-game graphics. Use cursor
  LEFT/RIGHT to de-/increase the setnumber. Press <ENTER> to view all 
  available graphic sets. The sets are displayed in the following order:
  ground, you, you on destination, object, object on destination, 
  destination, wall.
  You can use the cursor keys to move the red box on a graphic set. <ENTER>
  confirms your choice, wile <Esc> allows you to go back without changing
  the previous number.
- "Select level" allows you to select a level, which you want to practice.
  Use cursor LEFT/RIGHT to de-/increase the levelnumber. Press <ENTER> to 
  view thumbnails of the fields. Choose a field by moving the red box over 
  it, then pressing <ENTER>. Or press <Esc> to quit to the main menu, 
  without changing the previous levelnumber.
- "Competition" enters competition mode. This lets you play trough all the
  levels sequentially. See below.

- "Play" starts the chosen level with the chosen graphic set. You can then
  practise this field. After concluding this field, you will return to the
  main menu. You can also achief this by pressing <Esc>. Highscores are
  being kept over the first ten fields only.
- "Help" shows you this helptext.
- "Highscores" displays the highscores from the first ten practice-levels
  and the top ten from the competition. These can be erased by pressing
  <P> (erases practice highscores) or <C> (erases competition highscores).
  The lesser moves, the higher your ranking. If you have a number of moves
  equal to an old highscores, time is the key element. In competition, your
  level number is the decisive factor.
- "Quit" exits SokoBan. This can also be achieved AT ANY TIME by pressing <Q>.

The purpose of the game.
The purpose of the game is to push the objects to the destinations.
If you don't know, which picture is an object or a destination, look to 
the right. There is short list of the pictures.


 Competition mode ͻ
 When you start in the competition, you have to enter your name. Then the  
 program checks, if you have ever before played in the competition. If so, 
 you'll start in the last field, you did NOT complete. Your total playing  
 time and number of moves are also recorded.                               
 Tip: Leave the competitionmode right after you've completed a level. This 
      way, the total time and the number of moves are lower than else.     
                                                                           
 Now you can start playing. Should this be the first time, you've played   
 with this name, then you'll start in level one, with zero moves.          
 When you quit (with <Esc>), levelnumber, played time and number of moves  
 are stored, so you can later continue.                                    
 If you have succesfully completed a level, you will proceed with the next 
 level immediatly. Time and number of moves are continuous.                
 If you've played through all the fields, you'll see the end demo.         
                                                                           
 Competition highscores are also being kept. The person with the highest   
 levelnumber is on top. If two or more persons have identical              
 levelnumbers, the person with the lesser moves has the higher ranking.    
 In the event of two people having both the same levelnumber and the same  
 number of moves, the person who has done this the fastest has the highest 
 ranking.
