* questions on gameplay *
? How come the ball appears to hit off of my paddle, but I am charged a
        point ?
- What happened is that you were a half-second too late. We apologize
        about this flaw.

? And with the computer ?
- The computer was also a second too late.

? And what's up with the paddle and ball making green stuff on the top bar ?
- Oops.

? How do I navigate ?
- In single player mode, Player 1 uses the up and down arrow keys, or
the < and > key. (This was the previous method of controlling the
paddle, and we did not take it out for this edition of StattoPong.)

In two player mode, MAKE SURE NUMLOCK IS ON. Player 1 uses the arrow
keys and NOT the < and > key. Player 2 uses the 8 and 2 Keypad.

? And how do I navigate the windows ?
- Simply use the up and down keys. To select an object, hit space or
enter. At any time you wish to exit from the current window, press
(Esc). During game mode, this will TERMINATE THE CURRENT GAME, so if
you're up 9-0 against StattoMan and hit Esc, you cannot
resume the game. There is a pause button, though; hit [P]. To
restart, you don't have to hit [P] again.

? Wazzup with that ?
- Something not covered here? Contact information is at the bottom
        of this page.

* hints and tips *

- There is one cheater character. His password is not shown here, but he
is InvisiMan, because he blends into the background color. The cheat
MAY be posted on our web site, http://www.geocities.com/stattonet.
Unfortunately, there is one problem while trying to access him if
you are playing Vance or StattoMan; you will have to beat Gian-
franco to resume play. This is intentional, and we apologize for
any pain it causes you. We are also not liable for any damage caused
to any of your possessions because of this.

- The tournament, if the people's names were randomly generated, would
have an array of over 33,000,000 people's names and colors (see
appendix). Not only would this kill your hard drive, but it would
also never be finished. Or, in other words, there is a preset tournament
order. To win the trophy (yippy), you must conquer the following people:

Though this may seem like a lot, do not be dismayed!

APPENDIX:
The reason that this is not randomly generated is because, in a real
25-round tournament, there would be over 33 million people!
