STAR GLADIATORS II ERRORS:

The error messages will appear as "ERROR #__ @__". This chart will
tell you what has happened by the # value.

 # Error Caused

5 Illegal Function Call: A General Error. Could occur for any number of
reasons. If you can't figure one of these out
                           by yourself then contact me.
6 Overflow: Caused by bad programming. Report these!
7 Out of Memory: You need more conventional memory free to continue
                   running the program.
9 Subscript Out of Range: Also caused by bad programming. Report these!
11 Division By Zero: Again caused by bad programming. Report these too.
53 File Not Found: A required file to run the game was missing! Check to
make sure you are running the game in the right
directory, and if the file isn't there reinstall from
                    the ZIP file.
54 Bad File Mode: The file being loaded had been externally tampered with
or was not installed correctly. If reinstalling the game
from the ZIP file doesn't solve the problem try re-
                   downloading the ZIP.
61 Disk Full: This error can be caused in two ways. You are either
completely out of disk space or you are running the game from
a write protected disk and thus cannot write any file data.
Note that you may need to reinstall after getting this error.
71 Disk Not Ready: If you are running the game from a floppy drive you
probably took the disk out :P
72 Disk Media Error: This is a serious error that could mean something is
pysically wrong with the drive you are running the
game from! Go run ScanDisk while you still can!
75 Path/File Access Error: This error is usually generated if you have
opened one of the SG2 data files outside of the
                            game itself by another program.

If you get a file related error, check to make sure you have these
files intact:

        NULLKEYS.DAT
        POWERUPS.DAT
        SHIPS.DAT

These three files MUST exist in untampered form to be usable by the
game. If you suspect one of these files have been damaged, reinstall them in
the order listed. (Replacing SHIPS.DAT will destroy any custom ships you have
made!)

If you still can't figure it out, find my current E-Mail address
and let me know what happened and the exact error code you got. You can find
these at the bottom of the readme.txt file.
