Due to distribution restrictions, the Sound Library will have to be
constructed using the MIKMOD 2.03 library, which is available from the
X2FTP programming archive. Create a library using all of the neccesary
components and the soundlib.c file. I realise that this is a royal pain
in the ass.. Contact me if you are really interested in getting the
sound workig and have failed to do so. To get the whole thing to
compile you could replace the soundlib.c with dummy routines which
do nothing, and everything should be fine.

Good Luck,
Matt.
