Thank-you for downloading the Deadly Labyrinth. This
game is freeware and can be freely distributed and copied.

This game was inspired by - but not copied from - the
Death Gate Cycle series by Margaret Weis & Tracy Hickman.
If you have not read the first two books in this series,
you should run out immediately and get them!

For the most part I feel that this game is complete.
I am in the process of converting it and another unrelated
game to a different platform, in order to accommodate
graphics and to remove a few of the restrictions imposed by
AGT. However do not take this as a complaint about the AGT
system. It is an excellent authoring system, and I can
highly recommend it to anyone wanting to write an
adventure type game.

Aside from placing this program in the public domain I have also
designated it THANKSWARE. What this means is that you should
(please) send me mail (on CIS or PRODIGY) telling me that
you have downloaded it and what you think of it. I am very
interested in improvement suggestions - was it too easy,
too hard, too boring, too many monsters, not enough, etc.
The number of levels and rooms per level was somewhat forced
by AGT, which has a maximum of 200. I plan on adding more
rooms to most levels, and probably some more levels as well,
but which would you like to see - more levels (worlds) or more
complicated levels? Those suggestions that I agree with will be
incorporated in the next release.

Have fun!
