"Darn it!" he says loudly, and then his
eyes light up and he starts to laugh.

"You've done it! You've done it!" he
says, a little hoarsely, testing his
voice. "You and Lexi have sorted out all
the jumbled Proverb Prescriptions in
Truism. You've broken all the spells of
Verbal von Doom! I can speak again!"

Lexi jumps up on your shoulder. You and
your grandfather rush off to the last
two locations that need to have their
Saying Spells broken.

You set those locations right, and rush
back to your grandfather's house. He
places his hand on your shoulder.

"Now come with me," he says proudly. "I
have something special to show you."

The baseball players are still playing
ball with only two people on each team!

"They're still understaffed," Lexi purrs
from your shoulder. "It looks like they
could use a hand."

You look around and notice that there is
no Proverb Prescription in sight.
*67
"Hmm," you say. "It doesn't look like
there are any jumbled Proverb
Prescriptions to be found here. I guess
we had better--"

"Gather no moss?" Lexi purrs. You nod
your head in agreement.

"Will there ever be a situation you
don't have a proverb for?" you ask.

Lexi smiles and you both head off to
another part of Truism.
*68
It looks like a Little League game is
being played. But wait! There are only
four people on the field, two on each
team! The fielder is puffing and huffing
and running around like crazy to catch
up with all the balls. No one in the
stands or on the field seems to think
anything is wrong.
*69
The baseball game is still underway with
only two players per team, but everyone
is starting to look tired.

"Do you want to cast the Proverb
Prescription you are carrying to try to
undo [CSPELL]?" Lexi says. "After all,"
she adds, "nothing ventured, nothing
gained!"
*73
The four baseball players are still
trying to play, although they are having
trouble holding their mitts up. They are
exhausted.

"Shall we cast the Proverb Prescription
you are carrying to try to undo
[CSPELL]?" Lexi asks.
