Mahjongg for the IBM PC with MCGA or VGA Graphics

This program contains much of the code from the original
Sun version of mahjongg, written by Mark Holm, and the
port/rewrite for the UNIXPC, written by Tom Tkacik. Both
were inspired by the PC version.

      Mahjongg was originally modified/re-written/ported for/to
       the PC-Family by Joerg Hattenhauer

This version of Mahjongg was modified/re-written/ported
for/to MCGA and VGA graphics by Paul Frattaroli
from the original Hercules version by Joerg Hattenhauer

This software is still subject to the original copyright placed
on it by Mark Holm. This software is freely copyable on a

This software is provided free of charge and you are encouraged
to copy it and share amongst your friends. However, I and my
predecessors do ask that you keep these copyright notices intact
and include a copy of MAHJONGG.MAN and this file README with every
copy you make. Credit where it is due and all.

There are no known bugs ( at least not to me ). Although there
is one feature ( Oh NO!! Creeping featurism ) that I would
like to add maybe later, and that is a "Board" button, that
would let you enter a board number. As it stands now, you
would have to quit out of mahjongg and re-enter with a new
board number. In all other respects, this function would
       perform as the "New" function.

ps: It does not seem to work very well with two button rodents. I
have a logitech mouse, and it works perfectly with that. If some
adventurous soul would like to fix this problem with MS and IBM
mice I would be glad to send out source code.
