The Summer of 89 is coming to a close and hopefully all the hot weather
will soon be behind us! Big Blue Disk #35 is here to help you usher in the
cooler months ahead. I hope everybody has had a wonderful time this
 Summer, I know I have.

^C^1Big Blue Disk is Available in 3 1/2" Disk Format^0

It has recently come to my attention that many of you are unaware of the
availability of Big Blue Disk in a 3 1/2" disk format. If you are currently
receiving BBD on two 5 1/4" disks, you can call ^11-800-831-2694^0 to exchange
those disks for the single disk format. With Big Blue Disk on one 3 1/2"
disk, you won't have to worry about switching floppies to load some of the
programs. There is also more room to work with on the disk. For the added
convenience and ease of use, I recommend you give us a call and make the
 change today!

^C^1Big Blue Disk Technical Support Number has Changed^0

We have recently changed our technical support number. If you have
any difficulty using Big Blue Disk, give us a call at ^11-318-221-5134^0 and we
will be more than happy to help you in anyway we can. However, I would ask
before you call that you do a little investigation first. It is extremely
helpful to us to have certain information about your system when we try to
diagnose a problem. When you give us a call please have the following
 information available:

1.) If you have a CONFIG.SYS file, a list of its contents

2.) A list of any memory-resident programs that have been
              loaded into memory

3.) The type of computer you have (including the amount of
memory and the type of video display adapter).

With this information, we should be able to isolate the problem and provide
you with a solution. If you have any problem locating this information, give
us a call and our technical support staff will be able to help.

Until we meet again, I hope you have a great month!
