< READ THIS >

If the game fails to run, here's the basic method to set it up.
A little config.sys manipulation is required.  To support sound effects, you
need to set it as follows:


files=30
buffers=30
device=c:\dos\himem.sys
device=c:\dos\emm386.exe ram d=128 <------ This should be added.
dos=high,umb

In the fourth line, "d=128" specifies the voice buffer size.



< KEYS >

D: Primary weapon
L: Laser weapon
G: Air mines (consumes 2 energy units)
H: A small fighter (consumes 2 energy units)
SPACE BAR: Pause the game
CTRL: Default weapon key
ALT: Protectiove Laser Weapon
X: Restart game



<PATTERN EDITOR>

Pattern Editor is an enemy attack editor used in this game.
Unlike conventional shooters, it is possible to randomize certain enemy attacks
This is an editor that allows you to specify different attacks for each character.
It takes 64 attacks per character.
At each game start, the attack method is different and varies from stage to stage.
This is an editor that allows the user to create enemy attacks at will.

- How to run -

PATTERN.EXE pattern name.PAT (put the desired stage name)
If you execute it, a PATTERN file will be created.

** Up to Stage 1-6, the pattern file name is:
    
STAGE1.PAT, STAGE2.PAT, STAGE3.PAT, STAGE4.PAT, STAGE5.PAT, STAGE6.PAT

- View your patterns

PATVIEW pattern name [Enter]

The pattern number created by the user is displayed on the screen.

-keys:

F1 Help: Explains the various keys used in the pattern editor.
F2 Save: Save the edited pattern.
F3 Play (Pattern View): Displays the edited pattern in sequence.
F4 New: allows you to create a new pattern.
Esc Quit: Exit to the DOS prompt.


-How to use

1. Select STAGE with the number keys. (1 - 9, A - X)
2. Move the cursor to the desired location and press Enter or Space Bar.
3. The order is displayed on the screen. (0 - 9, A - Z)
4. After creating the desired pattern, press F2 to save.
5. Press the F3 key to display the edited pattern in order.
6. If you want to edit another stage, repeat from step 1.


-Precautions

The attack method at the start and end must be at the edge of the screen
The effect of sudden disappearance can be dramatically expressed.
