        Fixed some graphics glitches.

        Made block generator generate wild card blocks less frequently.

        Block generator now generates triples every once in a while

        Redesigned special effects engine for a slightly more realistic
        effect.  The main reason for this is so the effect remains
        consistent on different screen resolutions (so it won't look
        weird if you are using a high resolution theme).

        Modified sound effects engine so sounds aren't as likely to cut
        off.

        Modified music engine.  More info will be available on this
        when the editor comes out.

        Added support for other sample frequencies than 22050 for theme
        sound effects.

        Sound effects are now played in stereo when stereo mode is
        turned on.

        Added option for vertical sync (toggle on or off).

        Added option for reverse stereo.  Use this if sound effects
        panning is reversed.

        Fixed error on How to Play.

        Removed some unused code.

        Fixed a bug that might have been making the game crash for some
