CALL TO ARMS
When you select call to arms the left hand screen of the chart room
displays information on those Starlords who are available to answer
the call. The up and down arrows will allow you to scroll through
the list Hitting return selects the current starlord and ensures he
will respond to the call. When you have decided on all the starlords
you wish to answer the call, press ESCAPE to begin the Call to Arms
process.

REARMING IN BATTLE
Weapon resupply pods are now automatically requested after completing
a skirmish with enemy Starfighters. If you need a squadron to move
faster on the battlemap you may order SQUARDRONS TO PROCEED without
rearming. This may save vital seconds but will leave you squadron
more exposed. To reinstate automatic rearming select SQUADRONS TO
RE-ARM.

AUTOMATIC WEAPON FIRING
While flying your battlefighter the W key now toggles between
automatic weapon firing and manual weapon firing. While under
autopilot the weapons systems are always in automatic mode but
changes to the automatic fire status will apply when you re-enter
manual flight control.

SELLING
You are only able to sell goods which someone wishes to buy. In
general this means that you can sell commodities such as artifacts
and food to planets since they need them to produce more goods.
Finished manufactured goods such as starfighters and mercenaries
cannot be sold. Once purchased they are yours until they are consumed
or leave due to lack of supplies.

ARMING SCREEN
The arming screen is no longer needed. Optimal payloads for each type
of battlefighter are now automatically selected.

CLOSE COMBAT TACTICAL DISPLAY
This display shows the relative position of craft in the battle as
viewed from vertically above the planet. Height information is not
displayed.

SPOILS FROM CALL TO ARMS
The Battle list conflicts are resolved one by one with the plunder
from each battle going to the victor. If you succeed in taking the
planet however the spoils from the Base go solely to you.

PROBLEMS
If you experience control problems with the mouse you should try
changing the STACK command in the config.sys file of your machine
to:-

STACKS=0,0

or alternatively you can run a file called BOOTMAKE.BAT that can be
found in the starlord directory this will enable the game to run
without any problems.
