	------------------------------------------
	ADDENDUM: Late changes and modifications
to the Wall $treet Raider User's Manual:
	------------------------------------------

SECTION I. (INTRODUCTION)

The W$R program requires only 256K of main memory, not
384K as stated in the manual. Also, the program WILL
run on PCjr. computers, provided there is at least
256K of memory.

To run the program on a RAMdisk, copy all of the program
files (.EXE files) EXCEPT the BRUN10.EXE file onto a 384K
RAMdisk. (When you start the program, you will be prompted
to enter the path or drive where the BRUN10.EXE file can
be found.)

SECTION III. (GETTING STARTED)

. STEP 3: Ignore the portion of STEP 3 that discusses
entering the disk drive configuration under
which you wish to run Wall $treet Raider.

It is no longer necessary to enter this parameter
in this version of Wall $treet Raider.

SECTION IV.K (HOW BANKS WORK)

The manual states that banks' bad debt reserves are
normally about 4% of their loan portfolio. This should
now read "1%" rather than "4%".

SECTION VII.B (SPECIAL TRANSACTIONS SUBMENU COMMANDS)

The first two paragraphs of this section, which state that
ANY Main Menu command can also be entered from the Special
Transactions Submenu (and vice-versa), should instead state
that SEVERAL of the Main Menu commands can also be entered
from the Special Transactions Submenu: The "DIAG", "DB",
"DB", "RD", "GROW", and "DVD" commands. (NO Special
Transactions commands may be entered from the Main Menu.)

NEW COMMAND ADDED TO SPECIAL TRANSACTIONS SUBMENU:

A new command, not noted in SECTION VII of the Manual,
has been added: The "CM" command (to Change Management).
Instructions for using this command are as follows:

    (14) "CM" COMMAND (SPECIAL TRANSACTIONS SUBMENU).
The "CM" command permits you to get rid of the
management team of a company you control. This
can be useful, for example, where you want to "turn
around" a very unprofitably run company that you
have just taken over. You can fire the present
incompetent management (although the company will
usually have to pay them ransom in the form of
"Golden Parachute" payments in order to get rid
    of the old management).

If you are lucky, your new management team will
be better than the old (but don't count on it).
You'll find out fairly soon if the management
change did any good--look for the headlines on
either the TELETYPE or by using the "NEWS"
    command in the Main Menu.
