	Build time : Very long ! The game have been started around august 2000, 
		     but i worked on it full time 5 months (i made others mugen chars too)


Well here is my lastest release. This time it's not only a char, or a background, but a full game !
It comes with 9 chars, 9 bgs, a full screenpack with fonts and sound.
Well i think some of you already know it, but i'll introduce the others to the original game.
So "Teenage Mutant Heroes Turtles : Tournament Fighters" is a Genesis Fighting Game with the TMNHT (aka Ninja Turtles, Tortues Ninjas in french) Heroes.
Like others Fighting Games you have to beat your opponent using a lot of differents moves of all Chars.
Don't need a lot of effort from your Brain, but Damn fun !.
So i used the Fighting Game Engine, M.U.G.E.N, to remix it for PC (this game was released in 1993).
Well i think i said it all, except that it is a Konami Game, developped and edited by them.
A Super Nes version of this game was also released, but is really different from this one
coz it is slower, has crappier graphics, so it is worst than Genesis version IMHO.

| How to Play |
*-------------*

Like all other Fighting games, you have to tap button(s) to do some moves.
While fighting, you will gather Power, that you will use to do the Hyper moves.
You can gather up to 3 levels of power, 1 level is needed to launch a Hyper.
You can configure the commands in the option menu, the motions here assumes 
your are facing right, the left and right direction are reversed if you are facing
left. Btw, if you want to set the graphics modes or other stuffs, like sound or joypad support,
seek the mugen.cfg file in the Data directory. For further information on the engine,
please go to Http://www.elecbyte.com

a : Button 1

b : Button 2

c : Button 3

x : Button 4

y : Button 5

z : Button 6

start : Button Start

So here is the commands you will have to do :


- Basics Moves : Common to all chars

	a : Light Kick
	
	b : Hard Kick
	
	x : Light Punch
	
	y : Hard Punch

	c : Heavy hit 1 \
			 |--> Only some chars have these moves, and they can do it only while standing, unlike other Basics.
	z : Heavy hit 2 /

	start : Taunt

	Forward + any kick or punch (depending on character, some of them have two throws) : Throw.

	Down, DownForward, Forward, Down, DownForward, Forward + any kick or punch : Hyper Attack. You will need 1 level of Power to laucnh this move. The move is different for each char, unlike the motion.

	a + b or x + y : Air Recover. If you are thrown in air after a hit you can recover by doing this. this will not work if you've been hit too much.
		
- Characters Profiles : Each Char and his/her moves (please note that the move names aren't the original ones, but new name)

	April O'Neil
	------------
		Very Fast, quite strong, she is a really strong character when used right.
		His hyper has a low range but is unblockable, and her dash make her invincible for a short time (useful to avoid fireballs). 
		As she is good only in close combat, dash to block your opponent in a corner and combo him.
		Recommended for nervous person with a strong keyboard. ;)
		
		- Down, DownBack, Back + any kick or punch : Dash.
			April will Dash. 	
				
		- Tap any button rapidly : Fist Fury (the more you tap, the longest the move last).
			April will punch opponent rapidly.				

		- Hold Down during 2 second, Up + any kick or punch : Back Dash.
			April will jump back to the rear wall then dash.

		- Hyper Attack (close) : April will take the opponent, throw him up and then land while doing a damaging throw inspirated by WWF Fighters.

	Casey Jones
	-----------
		Quite slow, but quite strong. He is designed for close combat too, if you block the opponent
		in a corner you will kill him with no problem. But since he has no fireball
		and no real dash, it's harder to make good combo. But if you are a bit skilled
		you will manage to win thanks to his powerful and unblockable hyper
		and thanks to his move reflection ability. Please note that
		his bomb can hurt everybody : Your Opponents, your teamate and even yourself.
		Recommended for expert, and escpecially for teammode (but avoid play with a good friend or he won't talk to you again if you kil him)

		- Down, DownForward, Forward + kick or punch : Multihits.
			Casey will do "Stick and Kick" twice with kick, once with punch. you can slowly move during this attack.

		- Down, DownBack, Back + kick : Move Reflection.
			If your opponent it you while you do this Casey will block & counterattack.Projectile can hit you while doing this.

		- Down, DownBack, Back + punch : Projectile Reflection
			Casey will send back any Projectile that hit him while doing this. You can be hit by normal attack tough, and you can reflect Hyper Projectile and Karai Projectile.

		- Start while Crouched : Bomb.
			Casey will drop a bomb that will explod in 3,2,1... Boom !

		- Hyper Attack (close) : Casey will catch the opponent with his stick and throw him to the ground several times. Strong and unblockable, but has a really short range.

	Donatello
	---------
		Medium speed, medium strength, good range thanks to his bo, a good variety of attack. 
		A good character for Everybody.
		
		- Forward, Back, Forward + any punch or kick : Multihits.
			Donatello will do several hits with his Bo. Strong move with a good range.

		- Hold Back during 2 second, Forward + punch or kick : Projectile.
			Donatello will laucnh a projectile. Punch is faster.

		- Hold Down during 2 second, Up + any kick or punch : Rolling Jump.
			Donatello will jump and do a great circle with his bo. Good anti-air.

		- Hyper Attack : Donatello will Jump and roll to the opponent, then he will combo hit with bo. Can be blocked.

	Leonardo
	--------		
		Damn fast and quite strong, he is the offensive character of this game.
		He can combo easily, has a dash, a projectile and a anti-air.
		Who can beat him ? Recommend for Beginners and Big Bills. (he is Damn Cheap!)
		
		- Down, DownForward, Forward + any punch or kick : Dash.
			Leonardo will turn over really fast with his sword. Can be done in air, but the direction you go will depend on the direction you jumped.

		- Down, DownBack, Back + any kick or punch : Projectile.
			Leonardo will launch a projectile. Punch is faster.
		
		- Forward, Down, DownForward + any kick : Dragon Punch.
			Leonardo will do an anti air attack like Shokotan Dragon Punch in SF Series.

		- Hyper Attack : Leonardo will roll to the opponent, then throw him up and raise his sword so he will land on it. He'll throw him to the ground to finish him. Can be blocked.

	Michaelangelo
	-------------
		He is a bit slower than Leonardo and Raphael, but still fast enough to do good combo.
		His dash is a charge move, but you can charge it while doing another move.

		- Hold Down during 2 second, Forward + any kick or punch : Dash.
			Michaelangelo will dash with his nunchaku. Kick is longer.

		- Back, DownBack, Down, DownForward, Forward + any kick or punch : Projectile.
			Michaelangelo will launchn a small tornado. Punch is faster

		- Forward, Down, DownForward + any kick or punch : Dragon Punch.
			Michaelangelo will do an anti air like Leonardo's one, but with his nunchaku. Punch is higher.

		- Hyper Attack : Michaelangelo will launch a giant tornado, that will show your opponent what twist means ! Can be blocked and cancelled.

	Raphael
	-------
		He has a low range because he fights with sa, but he is really fast like Leonardo.
		He is also quite strong, so it is a good char too.
		Recommended for beginners too, tough experts will like his offensive ability too.

		- Hold Down during 2 second, Up + any kick : Rolling jump.
			Raphael will jump and do an anti air by rolling over with his sa.

		- Down, DownForward, Forward + any kick or punch : Projectile.
			Raphael will launch a projectile. Punch is faster
		
		- Down, DownBack, Back + any kick or punch : Dash.
			Raphael will dash forward. Can be done in air. Kick version is longer.

		- Hyper Attack : Raphael will dash to the opponent, and then combo him with most of his moves to finish it with a destructive rolling sa attack. Can be blocked.
		
	Ray Fillet
	----------
		The strangest character of the game, and my favorite too. His move are all charge-type,
		but if you are skilled he will be a lethal weapon in your hands.
		Strong but hard to use.
		His throw is useful because you can charge the next move while performing it.
		Recommended for expert, and people who like people that have a high charisma thanks to their strange look.

		- Hold Down during 2 second, Up + any kick or punch : Forward Dash.
			Ray will dash forward, punch raised forward. Kick is longer.

		- Hold Back during 2 second, Forward + any kick or punch : Air dash.
			Ray will jump, imitating Superman, but will go further with kick.

		- Back, DownBack, Down, DownForward, Forward + any kick or pucnh : Fireball. 
			Ray will launch a fireball. Punch is faster.
		
		- Hyper attack : Ray will launch a big projectile, that will be a good washing machine for your opponent. Can be blocked and cancelled.

	Sisyphus
	--------
		Quite strange too, but will be stronger that Leonardo if used right.
		He is fast, his dash is charge type. But his multihits is like April's one
		so that make him good, considerating he also has a fireball.
		Recommended for expert and skilled users.

		- Hold Back during 2 second, Forward + any kick or punch : Dash.
			Sisyphus will dash and finish by an uppercut. Kick is longer.
		
		- Down, DownForward, Forward + any kick or punch : Fireball.
			Sisyphus will launch a fireball. Punch is faster.

		- Tap any button rapidly : Fist Fury (the more you tap, the longest the move last).
			Sisphus will head-hit opponent rapidly.

		- Hyper Attack : Sisyphus will launch a big projectile that will make your opponent feel like an helicopter. Can be blocked and cancelled.

	Karai
	-----
		The Final Boss of the game. Damn strong and damn fast, you'll have
		a hard time to beat her. She has no hyper attack, but she is more
		skilled with her basics and specials,so do more damage.

		- Down, DownForward, Forward + any kick or punch : Projectile.
			Karai will launch a projectile. Punch is stronger.

		- Down, DownBack, Back + any kick or punch : Dash.
			Karai will dash. You are invincible during the start of the move.

- Gameplay : Additional notes about gameplay


	Dizzying
        --------
		You can dizzy your opponent if you combo him a lot of time.
		The stronger the hit is, the more chance to dizzy your opponent you have.
		While dizzyied, the only thing you can do is to pray for not being hit by your opponent.

	Score
	-----
		As you may see there is a score. If you play with two players only
		it'll show up during the fight, but it won't if you are in teamplay.
		In any case, you'll see your final score if you finish the game, in the 
		last ending screen. If you use a continue your score will be reseted.
		The projectile will add points only if you are near the opponent,
		because it is not fun to be far the opponent and keep launching projectile
		so he don't stand any chance to win.
		If you made a big final score, please send me the pic of the ending screen with it
		so you can enter the best score competition. Please write what char you used.
		(Press F12 to capture screen).

	Know issues
	-----------
		Some small glitches or bugs may appear in team battle mode (or even in 1 vs 1).
		if you find one please report to me. This usually happens while 2 players hit the same opponent.
		The planet selection is Vs mode will not be reported to the VS screen.
		Sisyphus Portrait in character select mode will be over Karai portait
		if you are P1 (Sysiphus) and P2 (Karai). This is due to Mugen limitation.
