ADDITIONS TO THE MANUAL

The following information is not included in your game manuals, or
bears repeated mention:

STARTING SCREENS: You can click the LEFT mouse button to skip each
animation and screen in the game's startup sequence.

EXITING TO DOS: You can use the ALT-X key combination (hold the ALT
key and press X) to exit to DOS from the Start Options screen or
during a game in progress.

CONFLICTS IN SIMPLE AND REDUCED-COMPLEXITY GAMES: The concept of
GAINED GROUND is used when calculating conflicts in these complexity
levels as well. It is explained in the PLAYING A FULL-COMPLEXITY GAME
chapter.

ARIA Users: At the time that this game was completed, we were unable to
get the appropriate drivers from Sierra Semiconductor to make it work
with the Aria soundcard. However, if you contact us (which is most
easily done using the game's postage-free registration card), we will
send FREE OF CHARGE what you need to properly configure the game. We
apologize for any inconvenience this causes in the meantime, and
recommend you select the "Sound Blaster" setting as an interim solution.

CORRECTION: There is an minor factual error on the back of this game's
box; Adolf Hitler is not one of the nine historical opponents.
