The Adventures of Down Under Dan
Full CD-rip by john_doe

Installation instructions:
----------------------------

Start TAODD.EXE to extract the game.
The directory name has to be TAODD and it has to be in the root directory of any drive
(i.e. C:\TAODD, D:\TAODD etc.).
Then change to this folder and run setup.bat.
This will unpack the game data and can take some time (depends on the power of your PC :).

To play the game start GODAN.BAT.

Short note: If the game runs fine, you can delete the following files: audio.bla, data.uha, Decoder.dll,
Mp3Setup.exe, Setup.bat, UHARC.EXE.

Important information:
------------------------

As this game was programmed with Turbo Pascal, it suffers from the infamous "Runtime error 200" bug.
If the game runs on your PC the first time you use it, then everything is fine and you can skip this part.
However, if you get this error, you can either try to disable your 2nd level cache in the BIOS, or, even better, download MoSlo or a similar tool to slow down your PC.
I have included a program called TpPatch in the Zip.
You need to use it on CDE.EXE and SETUP.EXE like this: TpPatch [Exe-Name]. Though, the in-game animations might run to fast after this patch as the method used to delay is changed.

Ripping notes:
----------------

Everything is there. The voices and some sfx have been compressed with Ogg Vorbis to reduce size, everything else was left untouched.
