                                BOOT.EXE

Should you find yourself in need of a boot disk due to memory
constrictions, the following should allow your computer to create one for you
automatically:

1. If your computer boots into Windows, end your Windows session
        (EXIT WINDOWS).

2. Place the CD in the drive.

3. Log onto your CD drive (e.g. "D: <ENTER>"; if your CD drive uses
a letter other than D, substitute the appropriate letter).

4. At the CD drive prompt, type "CD\SIGNOS".

5. At the SIGNOS prompt, type "BOOT" and follow the on-screen prompts.

The BOOT.EXE utility should work for most computers. Should you
require additional information, please consult your DOS manual, local
computer dealership, or call VIC TOKAI at (310) 326-8880.
