Installing HVSTWNT in WG 3.x
1.  Extract HVSTWNT-2.02beta6.ZIP
2.  Run Setup.EXE and install to \WGSERV
3.  Open CNF, enter DEMO (or your real code) for ACTCODE in HVSTWNT, Close CNF
4.  Drop to DOS, CD to \WGSERV, run HVSTWZAP.BAT
5.  Open Offline Utilities, run HVSTWINI, setup universe, close Offline Utilities
6.  (if you used DEMO in #3) Open CNF, clear out the ACTCODE field, CLose CNF
7.  Configure Menu Tree as necessary for TW.
8.  Extract HVSTW2.03a-DLLs.zip to a temp folder
9.  Rename \WGSERV\HVSTW.DLL to something like HVSTW.DLL.OLD
10. Copy HVSTW3NT.DLL from the temp folder to \WGSERV and rename to HVSTW.DLL
11. Extract HVSTW_ExternalMaintenancePack.zip to a temp folder
12. Copy HVSTWEXT.EXE to \WGSERV
13. Add HVSTWEXT.EXE to WGSCLEAN.BAT in \WGSERV (create the .BAT if not exist)
14. Bring up the BBS. 

NOTE: If you are running without an ACTCODE, you can have a larger than DEMO 
allowed universe, but the game will be in DEMO mode. THis means players will
be limited to around 15,000 credits, the shipyard is disabled, etc... If you 
run with an invalid ACTCODE, it crashes the board when you enter the TW module.
