Whats new? -- My second to last semester is almost over, four finals left
              and I'll be off for a few weeks!

I've hired some new employees so that we can service you properly.  I
apologize for the past couple months (there was only one employee besides
me, so support was less than what it should have been).  I've hired four
new employees, two to work in the office on sales and technical support and
two new programmers.

As far as this version of Caverns...

o There were several locations in the game where if a user typed more than
  120 characters (s)he could cause an 'SPR OVERSIZE' error that would
  immediately bring down the bbs.  The locations were: 1) When deleting a
  spell, if the entered spellname was longer than 120 characters.  2) When
  asking to 'show' a spell, if the spellname entered was longer than 120
  characters.  3) If a player tried to cast a spell with a name longer
  than 120 characters.  4) If a player entered any input more than 120
  characters.  In all these cases there had to be 120 characters consecutively
  WITHOUT ANY SPACES.  I believe #4 was occuring most frequently (although
  infrequently enough to make this a difficult bug to find).

o The maximum amount of monsters allowed in a room was one more than what
  you could set.  For instance if you set it to 2, it would give birth to
  at most 3 monsters in that room.  This is fixed now.  Remember however,
  that once monsters are put into the rooms they will automatically be
  removed when you lower that number.  So if you want a room to have a
  maximum of 3 monsters in it and it already has 4, you'll need to kill
  one monster to reduce it to 3 - you could also wipe that room with the
  wipe command.

o When a player exitted a shop, all the other players in that room were
  given a message "<playername> just entered from nowhere...".  This was
  a bit confusing and there was NO message when the person entered the shop.
  This has been changed - when someone enters a shop or a bank everyone
  in the room is informed with a message "<playername> entered the shop" or
  "<playername> entered the bank".  When the player leaves the shop or bank,
  it will give an accordingly appropriate message.

o Players could get and drop items without other players in the game knowing.
  When an item is dropped or picked up, everyone else in the room is now
  informed.

o Players are now informed whenever someone else in the room takes an item
  or drops an item.  Players will also be informed if a player in the room
  attempts to pick up an item which is not there.

o There was a bug where players could re-roll their characters but still
  retain all the items they possessed.  This has been fixed.

o If two players in the game had the same name and both were in the same
  room only one could be attacked by an opposing player.  If two players
  had similar names, it would not allow an opponent to abbreviate the name
  as easily.  Players now have the option of using their opponents player
  number as an alternative to their name.
